Grief Acceptance
When your world is shaken by loss, bereavement or grief, cracks can appear which feel as though your stability is undermined. I can help you to find how those cracks can let the light in, to promote healing and growth.
I believe the journey and process of grief can end. Grief doesn’t have to go on indefinitely. It is possible for the pain to resolve and hearts to mend.
There’s no prescribed way that you should be feeling.
It’s natural for people to fear the unknown but bereavement can force it upon you and your lifestyle is lost when you aren’t ready for it. You may not feel like you can cope with the change loss brings, you may feel numb and shocked or not know how to let go and move forward.
Grief Acceptance is powerful and dynamic to help you through any significant emotional loss whether it be a relationship break-up, a bereavement, recurrent miscarriages, a traumatic situation, a sudden loss or one that happened long ago.

INFERTILITY
It’s exhausting worrying about infertility. Trying to be strong and keep up with everything life demands, especially when your body is letting you down.
* HAVE YOU LOST HOPE OF EVER BECOMING PREGNANT?
* AND THE INJUSTICE IS TOO MUCH TO BEAR?
Regardless of whether you have just endured losses like a stillbirth, recurrent miscarriages or are stunned by secondary infertility. If you are not able to conceive due to any reason, it can seem like a bleak, lonely, excruciating place to be. I can help you find meaning in life and feel like yourself again.
There’s wisdom in acknowledging a past loss when you are still intending to pursue a fertility program. Any loss does take a toll on your resources and you want to be as strong as possible, to be in the best position to conceive.
Or if you are tired of the waiting game, lack of control and uncertainty but feel stuck and don’t want to miss out. It’s time to make contact now, to get things moving and gain clarity on what your next step will be.
Shift from anxiety and panic attacks to feeling grounded. If you feel guilty, consumed or discouraged, wouldn’t you rather find your dreams, hopes and aspirations whilst feeling stable and reassured.
If you are considering starting a new chapter but are not sure what it looks like yet, hi@acuessence.au.
RELATIONSHIP BREAK-UP
No one outside the relationship knows what you had together, nor what you meant to each other. Regardless of whether the relationship was healthy or had it’s issues, if you rested on the other person and if they are no longer there, it hurts.
Whether it was your choice or not, if you think it was for the best or not, whatever the circumstances and emotions that are flaring, a relationship that’s ended is a chance to rediscover yourself and what you need.
* ARE YOU FEELING LONELY IN A CITY OF MILLIONS?
* IS IT HARD TO ACCEPT WHAT WENT WRONG?
When your eating and sleeping are disrupted after a relationship break-up, your body is letting you know it needs some tender loving care, something needs attention.
Give yourself the space and opportunity to process what’s happened in your last relationship before you move on to your next one. Reach a balanced perspective of who your previous partner was and how that affected you. Move towards a greater capacity for opening. Replacing the loss by stumbling into another relationship with another person is a recipe to keep the same patterns going regardless of who is standing by your side.
Feel free to let go of the past, trust again and make space in your life for new experiences. You can be healthier, grounded, revitalised and focused. Take the simple steps necessary to create a different future than your past.

Bereavement
Forget the ‘stages of grief.’ Your relationship to someone close to you was unique, so your bereavement and grief will be unique and may not go through predictable phases.
Disregard ‘time heals all things.’ Grief may not fade simply with the passing of time when the bonds that bound you were strong, and you don’t want to let go.
* Do you feel devastated after the loss of someone close to you?
* Does it hurt as if your heart has been ripped out and you are being engulfed by quicksand whilst no on e is able to reach you?
* is there no end in sight?
If you want a brighter future, know that it is possible for things to change. Reach out to feel safe, cope with your emotions, have clarity of perspective, to open and even engage in the world again.
If you want to find relationships that matter and live in a way that really means something to you. Bereavement is an opportunity for profound exploration. Ignoring the pain or struggling by yourself are not your only options. In the long run it will be less onerous to take simple small steps that bring you to a strong and stable position. I can support and guide you when you are ready.
It helps to realise your love for the person may feel linked with pain, but releasing the pain does not mean you lose them too.
Be aware that one of the best things you can do is not to isolate yourself. Find people who can be there for you and really hear and acknowledge what you need to express.
